Advanced Training Possibilities

On completion of both level one and level two certifications of Shake Your Soul® : YogaDance and SomaSoul® : Somatic Expressive Therapy, there is a possibility to continue on into advanced training.

Become a L.I.F.E. Movement Workshop Leader:

Advanced workshops are available through the Leven Institute for Expressive Movement, allowing you to explore the possibility of becoming a L.I.F.E. Movement Workshop Leader.

Become a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist:

Completion of both SomaSoul® and Shake Your Soul® certifications also qualifies you to begin the application process with the International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association (ISMETA) as a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist (RSMT) or a Registered Somatic Movement Educator (RSME). You will also need to complete other requirements, set out by ISMETA, which include an additional 150 hours of practice sessions.
