Trainings
LIFE Movement offers two professional certification training programs, as well as advanced training. Many parts of our training can be taken for personal growth and interest:
Shake Your Soul® : Yoga Dance Teacher Certification
Level One Certification – offered in a 7-day intensive format
Level Two Certification – offered in a 5-day intensive format
Completing Shake Your Soul: YogaDance level 1 certification allows you to teach Shake Your Soul: YogaDance for 1 year. You then need to attend level 2 to retain your certification. (You may also attend level 2 directly after your level 1 certification if you choose)

SomaSoul® : Somatic Expressive Therapy Practitioner Certification
Level One Certification – offered in four 4-5 day long modules that can be taken in any order:
- Module One – The Expressive Body & Contemplative Mind
- Module Two – Moving Your Body’s Story
- Module Three – Somatic Healing Process
- Module Four – The Art of Co-Facilitation
Level Two Mentorship Certification – includes an interactive mentorship process where you remain in constant contact with faculty and receive feedback that supports your integration and mastery of this work along with a 5-day integration and graduation.

Becoming a Registered Movement Therapist
You can become a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist (RSMT) with the International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association (ISMETA) through completing all the above curriculum with LIFE Movement (an approved training program by ISMETA).
